PROM TICKETS (check or money order only - made payable to Fairview Park City Schools– no cash) will be on sale Monday, April 15th through Wednesday, April 24th.  Tickets can be purchased in Mrs. Cataldo’s room 229 during HS L1 and 8th period or Mrs. Frank’s room 207 during 3rd period and after school until 3:30.  Please contact Mrs. Cataldo or Mrs. Frank if you cannot make those times.  NO tickets will be sold after April 24h.  All fees must be paid in order to buy prom tickets.  Out of School Date Forms will be available in the HS Main Office and must be completed and turned in when tickets are purchased. NO GUESTS OVER 20 YEARS OLD.

POLARIS & CCP STUDENTS:  If you cannot be at school during those times stated above, it is your responsibility to contact Mrs. Cataldo or Mrs. Frank to make arrangements to purchase your tickets!

• Change of clothes drop-off – enter through the north doors off the parking lot  and members of the After-Prom Committee will be there to take your bags – Bags should contain casual clothing to wear to After Prom and please mark bags with contact information.

• After the Red Carpet, students will then pick up their change of clothes and change in the HS locker rooms and enjoy the fun of After Prom in the High School. All Seniors and their dates are invited to attend After Prom.  If a student is not going to Prom, they are welcome to participate in the Red Carpet and After Prom.  Students will be allowed to leave at 1:30 a.m.

Wear a dress or top and skirt no longer than your commencement gown with black FLATS  No heels please!  Platforms are OK.  

OR Wear dark slacks, dark socks, black shoes, white shirt and dark tie.
